Do you take your measurements

Hey Everyone!
A question I get asked a lot when talking about my weight loss was 'How did you do it?"--Exercise and healthy eating is always my answer, but then I also realized that taking my measurements every month helped me so much also! Whenever I noticed a big difference on one part of my body, but noticed that my waist or arms for example, didn't change much in inches, I knew these were key areas to work on over the next month. It gave me a better idea of what areas on my body need more work.
So, out of curiousity, do you take your measurements? If so, has it helped you with your weight loss?

I do! When i'm feeling unmotivated looking at the inches lost really helps it to feel "real".0

I measure about once a month, it's good to do along with weighing as you can see progress in that way too.
Sometimes if the scale doesn't budge you see a loss in inches, so extra motivation!0 -
I did for the first time yesterday...was depressed to see those numbers. Then last night I took pics of me now and found pics of me from 2 years ago and OMG the difference is amazing. It helped to see the difference cause I couldn't see it by just looking in the mirror. I will take those measurments again next month..same time...same place. Can't wait to see what they say then.0
