"Bingo Wave"

Ugh, my post hated area on my body is the back of my arms (Which is sad considering I have rolls, cellulite, and back fat!!) I call the backs of my arms my "Bingo Wave". I recently started doing P90X Shoulder and Arms and my personal opinion is that it does not focus much on the bingo wave. Does anyone have any suggestions??

PS: Please do not take offense to my posts. I am sarcastic at heart and this makes me feel better about the negatives in my life, such as Bingo Waves ;)

    Free weights and start to work your triceps.
