How to make my coffee healthier?

I only drink one cup of coffee a day usually but I really want to cut out the non-dairy creamer. It's just full of sugar, chemicals and nastiness.

I've heard Almond milk, Soy milk, Coconut milk. Any other suggestions? Or what is the best of those you have tried?

    Hmm...I've been looking for ways to boost my own protein - this is a great idea that I'll try! :)
