Basically anything that isn't good for me. My biggest weakness is cake though...nothing beats a piece...or 2...of birthday cake for me. Love it. I just have to learn to eat Smaller pieces of cake then its ok if i have 2.

popcorn, i look like a fool eating it. i actually eat it by the handful, and eat at least 3 servings (when its air popped)! other is frozen raspberries. but i don't feel too guilty about that one! other things are the typical chips, ice cream. i find i have a hard time saving food. if i buy a treat i have to eat it right away, so i limit the amount of treats i buy!

Oats and raisin cookies, soft and chewy and absolutely delish. To be honest I dont think I've ever had one serving of anything.

Pizza...there's just something about it that makes me go beyond a normal portion...I avoid it on days when I'm not feeling I can fight the impulse to eat more than a serving.

For me..... In order of addiction

    1. Dr Pepper (I am addicted)

    2. Marmite - although it's good for anyone with a B12 deficiency

    3. Salt & Vinegar McCoys... Also the Mexican Chilli ones

    4. Mojitos

    5. Fox's Crunch Creams

That's bad... Only 1 of my 5 top foods is actually good for me... Oh but it tastes deeeeeeeeeeeelicious with everything :)

Breakfast Cereal - I don't buy it because I will eat three bowls.

Milk. I know that sounds weird, but there you have it. I rarely drink milk unless it's mixed with protein powder.

Cookie dough (is there a "serving" of cookie dough?). I'm not terribly interested in cookies themselves, but if I'm baking them, I WILL eat a bunch of the dough. Needless to say, I avoid baking cookies.

I WOULD always eat more than one serving of pasta if I didn't pre-measure it.

hummus! i eat a cucumber or pepper and hummus for lunch sometimes. 1 or 2 tbsp isn't going to cut it for a meal!
