Yesterday I wore shorts from before I got married. These shorts haven't fit well (or at all) in about 6 years! YAY! I also took a 3 day beach vacation and lost 1/2 a pound (which was busting a 3 week plateau). I'm feeling pretty great!

    Yes, those extra pounds off after a frustrating plateau can be very motivating! Feels good to be able to fit in clothes that were previously too small.
