Thanks to this site and some insane workouts ( ie Insanity ) I finally broke the under 10% Body Fat Barrier. My goal this year was to lose about 15-20 lbs, mostly belly fat and drop my body fat %. I have gone from 225lbs - 15%bf down to 205lbs-9.64%bf!! Exercise is great but I have learned that great eating habits are the key.
