Aggravated!

All week I was 184.4, then on weigh in day I'm like 185.8... what the hell!? I'm just writing down what I was all week.... :mad:

    I TOTALLY FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!!! But, we have to remember how the body likes to fluctuate daily, as frustrating as it may be.

    I still ask myself, "Why oh why??", but reality is that it's just water weight that we battle with and that we are living the healthy lifestyle and improving ourselves daily.

    if you did more weight lifting this past week then cardio u may have gained muscle weight

    I know it sucks, but you have to remember that with water intake and bodily functions etc. it's normal to fluctuate +/- up to 5 pounds daily [2-3 up or down daily is really normal!]
    thats why it's recommended to weigh your self only once a week, same time of day etc. :smile:

    give yourself a pat on the back, you're doing great.
