Going to a local breakfast place and I'm not sure what to order. I was thinking new york steak and eggs with fruit on the side and no bread option. Or just the plain two eggs with fruit on the side no bread option. Or any other suggestions?? Thank you!!

I was also thinking of substituting the eggs for egg whites.

two eggs with fruit is not a bad option. The bad stuff is: fried potatoes, sausage and white bread. English style tomatoes (slice and sautéed) are not a bad companion to breakfast eggs.
  • Go for the eggs and the fruit, and see if you can turkey sausage/bacon or maybe a grilled chicken breast for some protein. Or maybe see if they have a veggie omlette of some sort.

I decided on the steak lol!! And got egg whites scrambled with fresh fruit and I'm giving the carb option to my friend. I'm going to eat light for the rest of the day. Decided on getting my protein in!
