Insanity Calorie Count and Problem?

Hi Guys,
So I just started Insanity today and I did Cardio Abs. Thing is when I was doing it I felt the burn, but afterward s when you're supposed to be "dying and light-headed" I was totally fine. Is something wrong with me? I do work out regularly, so is it like an "immunity" to certain work outs or is that Insanity workout not that hard?
Also does anyone know a ballpark of how many calories i could have burned?
I'm 5'5 and 106.8 lbs.

Hey...
Cardio Abs is only about 16 minutes long (which is about half, if not less, then every other dvd) so if you work out regularly then it might be normal that you did not think it was that intense of a workout. The calories you burn however is hard to determine seeing everyone is different and it really is a matter of how much effort you put in. I have a HRM so it tells me exactly how much I burn for every workout, which really helps because each day and each dvd can be completely different from the last.0
