well lots of people know my wife Sxyfitmomandwife and so you knew it was just a matter of time b4 she got me on here.. well I'm here now so HI everyone. I'm on here to lose a little but help alot I hope to get good ideas to help My Marines with the weight goals and show them new tools to help them do it.
