It can be dangerous. Listen to your body.

I work out in a gym, so I have it pretty good. When it gets too warm in the class, we have the front desk turn up the air.
If you feel lightheaded or dizzy (or that feeling where you can't hear for like 10 seconds?) stop! Go at a good pace, but don't hurt yourself.

    Good luck!

I do very active (constant movement) yoga in a room heated to 90 degrees F. It can make you a bit woozy, but as long as I drink a ton of water before and after (and a little during), I'm ok. Bikram studios are heated to 105 degrees! I can barely imagine, but yoga came from India and it gets upwards of 120 in some parts of that country. More intense cardio might be more worrisome. People can adapt to temps pretty well...also heat will help keep you flexible and you will be less sore after. Keep at it, rest when you need to, and HYDRATE!
