My name is Palo Palito.
Iam 69 years old and over the years creeped up to 200.0 lbs as of 2 days ago.
This is it... Iam commited to going down in weight.
Iam new to "MyFitnessPal", I may have some questions.
Also open to any suggestions.

    Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm also new. I've had the same problem, my weight has crept up and I'm 210 now. Good luck with the weight loss!
