Motivation needed!

Ok so I just need some help with my weight loss goals. Working out 5-6 days a week, eating pretty clean (hey I'm not perfect
) train really hard one day a week, and cannot lose any weight.
I had my gall bladder removed a couple years agao and since then I cannot loose any weight. I could use some motivation and even some help and guidance to assist me in this!
Thank you everyone in advance for your support! I don't normally ask for things like this, but this is important to me, and I really want to hit my goal, yet I am completely stuck and ready to give up!

I wish I could help but without seeing your diary it's difficult. I can recommend what I always recommend and that is if you aren't doing anything in the am to kick start your metabolism you can try that. I do abs and I short walk before I eat each morning. It makes a huge difference for me.
