Here's what I'm thinking, as my diet and exercise went totally to hell this weekend.

Starting tomorrow (yes I know its not quite June yet) I am setting a goal for myself to get out and MOVE for 30+ minutes a day.

Walk the Dog (if you don't have one, visit the local humane society and volunteer, they share!), go for a run, hike, take your kids to the park and play soccer, or tag, or whatever! Do what you love. The weather is beautiful and we all have our beach goals.

I post most days if you want to add me, feel free to hold me accountable and I will do the same for you, if you like!
