Belly Dancing for Fitness DVDs?

If you have tried any belly dancing for fitness DVDs, I would love to hear which ones you liked. I would like to try this but don't know enough about it to make an informed decision about a good program.

    If you get FitTV, they have a show called "Shimmy" that is all about belly dancing . . .
