losing the SAME 10lbs!

I am at the beginning of my journey, and I just keep losing and regaining the same 10lbs! Does anyone have any advice on how to stay on track or what not!? I do so good, and then it all goes down hill. In the past, I lost 50lbs, but I wasn't even trying, and actually didn't even realize I had lost anything until my clothes started gettin really baggy, and people started asking me. Not sure what I did...although I know I wasn't eating much and I was working thirds. so my meals were all backwards (ex: dinner lunch and then breakfast... instead of B L D.)

Anyways, I just feel really guilty n horrible and its seriously discouraging. I have however found out through this experience, that I am definitely an emotional eater. I get stressed out or blue about things n it seems that I eat more. And this whole issue with weight is getting me more and more depressed!!

im 266lb right now.... id love to lose at least 100.
