    You should be sooooooooooo PROUD of yourself. Getting to that 5K, and ROCKING it, that's just FANTASTIC. :love: And what's even more fantastic??? You're loving it, and already have 2 more races that you're gonna rock before year's end. Working towards those fitness goals (regardless of what the scale says) and then blowing them outta the water...??? No one'll EVER be able to take that away from you, girl.

    Amazing! I love people who keep the "slow and steady" mentality. It's not about overnight success. It's about changing your LIFE. The scale can suck it. You look fantastic and can't wait to see you push through that "overweight" title into "Boo Yah!" :)

    Yes! Exactly! I'd much rather do it this way and see lasting success than gain and lose the weight a million times over again. Thank you :)
