Just uploaded a "before" picture of me from January and I compared it to my current profile pic... Only 30 lbs of a difference, but gees!

    I know it doesn't 'look' like much but I feel 100 times better than earlier this year. I'm just hoping I can hurry up to my goal of 189!!!
