Any idea how many calories you burn when doing this workout?

from what I've read, most people log it under circuit training. I've checked other sites too. It really depends on ur personal stats.

Get a HRM, then you know exactly how many calories you're burning. I got an inexpensive one that did NOT require a strap [I absolutely hate them lol] for about 30 bucks on amazon. Best thing I ever bought.

I initially logged it as circuit training, but it was incorrect. If you don't have a heart rate monitor you can take your pulse 3 times during the workout, then average them. That number can then be plugged into a site like this one:
    http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx

Then you have a better idea of what your body actually burns. Good luck!

I'm a quitter! I had to discontinue some of my exercise, because I have been counterproductive (too much exercise, not enough calories in) Hopefully I'll be able to get back to it in July, but I honestly hate it! My Turbo Jam is much more fun.
