The last few pounds

I managed to get within 3lbs of my goal weight a few months back and started to get a bit lazy with counting and gained 4lbs back. I'm now 7lbs away (9lbs if I go within this mornings scale reading) I'm not sure what I can do to kick start my metabolism. I've been at this weight for 2 months now! Is this my body's happy weight ( 141lbs and 5'4") so am a healthy bmi or is it possible for me to still lose these last pounds and keep them off? I've still got "mummy tummy" from my two pregnancies that I'd like to get rid of...

  • If you want to do it..... YOU CAN! I think your photo looks beautiful and you dont need to. From what I can see increased exercise might help but I can imagine its very difficult with the little ones... I find it difficult and all I have to worry about is me :)
