    LOL Erika

Welcome Purplestar, a stone is a start. By setting yourself a fitness goal that stone will fly off

I started my weightloss journey in May and started the gym at the same time, I could only manage half hour a day but now I could stay there for hours but my trainer said because I train every day I should just stick to an hour and half.

Nope, not managing much exercise really, although I run after my son all the time (I swear he's faster than me!)- does that count?

I try and get out and about with him in the pushchair most days, and I aim for about 40 mins-an hour each day.

I am still on nightshift, last one tonight, my body clock is all over the place :grumble:
