Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
I stayed within my calorie limit (1260) w/out exercise

What would I have done differently?
Spent some time at the gym

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and go for a walk (if the weather cooperates)

    No, didn't track, but know I went over

    Didn't set one

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Worked out

    What would I have done differently?
    tracked and made better choices

    What is today's personal goals?
    Track everything I put in my mouth and keep my calories in range w/o going over.

    Yes ... but I don't think it was good to eat all my exercise calories because there were a lot ... but I did stay under my calories

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    exercised hard

    What would I have done differently?
    ate less at dinner ... almost all my calories were eaten after 4:00pm .. and that probably wasn't a good way to do it since I was then starving and ate everything in sight ... luckily had worked out hard in the morning so had lots of calories to spare

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and exercise my last 45 minutes for the week ... probably mowing or walking

    NO!!!!! Gave in to the stress eating :grumble:

    Absolutely NOT :grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Not a darn thing

    What would I have done differently?
    Remembered that I'm #1 (ate fast food 2x's yesterday)

    What is today's personal goals?
    Working, so food will not be an issue.......only eat what I pack
