I stayed within my calorie limit (1260) w/out exercise
What would I have done differently?
Spent some time at the gym

Stay within my calories and go for a walk (if the weather cooperates)

No, didn't track, but know I went over

Worked out

tracked and made better choices

Track everything I put in my mouth and keep my calories in range w/o going over.0 -
Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes ... but I don't think it was good to eat all my exercise calories because there were a lot ... but I did stay under my calories

Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
exercised hard
What would I have done differently?
ate less at dinner ... almost all my calories were eaten after 4:00pm .. and that probably wasn't a good way to do it since I was then starving and ate everything in sight ... luckily had worked out hard in the morning so had lots of calories to spare

Stay within my calories and exercise my last 45 minutes for the week ... probably mowing or walking0 -

Not a darn thing

Remembered that I'm #1 (ate fast food 2x's yesterday)

Working, so food will not be an issue.......only eat what I pack0
