Hi!!
My name is Yasmine and my Goal is to loose 65lbs! Right now I weigh 184lbs. Im 5,6 and im trying to loose weight the most healthy way. My goal is to loose it by my 21'st birthday in october!! My work out routine is walk 5 times a week! i usaully do about a mile and a half!! But this week im changing it! Now im start doing intervals as in runing 3 mins and walking 3 mins for an hour straight. That should increase my calories and lower my weight! I can use some support on my journey!! I really dont want go back to school in the fall being " THAT GIRL AGAIN".
So help me plz
