Hi All, quick question:
How do you log oil used for frying or sauteeing? Would you enter the whole amount you pour in the pan?

typically i used oil spray and dont log that, but if i am out, i try to just log the portion that would be for one serving. so if you put in one tablespoon and cooked four servings of something then log it as 1/4 tablespoon0

I wish I could help... but I'm not sure. I would be overly safe and enter your whole amount for cooking.. Maybe you could get all MATH TIME on it.. when you're finished cooking re measure whats left in the pan and subtract it from what you started with. I'm sticking to....my Non-stick pans [I just giggled ;D ] because I'm nervous about logging this kind of thing the right way.0
