Feminine Cycles and Exercise

I may be jumping the gun a bit but I have been working out consistently for the last month and lost 11 lbs. I went from nothing more than housework and kids type activity to a steady workout regimen about 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes. Now, I am supposed to have a cycle right about now. I had the moodiness and I still get breakouts, (arg!) but nothing else has happened. I am concerned because I am regular and I have already taken a pregnancy test that came back negative. So, should I be concerned or am I just panicking? I read something about diet/exercise effecting it this way, however it was more in regards to having too low of a BMI and adding in extra calories certain days. I am 5'8" at 243, I don't think that is my problem. This weight loss is beneficial to me, and I don't want to change what I am doing. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks :)

The only advice I can give is to try and not stress too much as this can delay it further, if this new lifestyle is relatively new it could just be your body settling into it. If you've already taken a pregnancy test and its negative I dont think theres anything to worry about just relax and I'm sure it'll come in its own time :)

Just wait and see. Sometimes it will take time for your body to adjust.
