Ideas to get out of a plateau??

I have been on a plateau for about a month. I am currently doing South Beach diet. I also have been doing Zumba three times a week and walking. I just got an elliptical last week and I want to alternate days between Zumba and the elliptical (with one day off for rest.) I know I need to start strengh training too. I have about 10 more lbs to lose. I am 5'6" and weigh 149lbs.

I am open for suggestions. Let me know what has worked for you:)
