Hi! I am 42 years old, and am tired of being fat...and miserable because of it. I seriously need to lose about 100 pounds to be comfortable with myself, and could stand to lose 150 to be a good weight. I have lost and put on weight alot over my life, but I have a 4 year old child and want to be around for her, and don't want her to be embarassed by me when she is older. I also need to lose it for my health --- I have been put on blood pressure medication, anxiety medication, and in the past few months, I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and now take medication for that. SO --- I am in need of some tips, advice and motivation!1
