I'm going to be traveling next weekend, and for 1 night I will be staying at a place that has no fridge or microwave. Any suggestions for healthy ideas of food to eat?

If there is a grocery store in the area, you can go and pick up the fixings for a salad (or even maybe get a pre-made one in the deli). It's cheaper than fast food, so if you don't have a fridge to store it, it doesn't really matter.

We have a family of 6, and what works for us is to take a cooler along. Can keep food in it, as well as water and milk. You can pack yogurts and cheese and fruits and veggies. I don't know if this will work for you, but it's an idea....
