I'm going to be traveling next weekend, and for 1 night I will be staying at a place that has no fridge or microwave. Any suggestions for healthy ideas of food to eat?

If there is a grocery store in the area, you can go and pick up the fixings for a salad (or even maybe get a pre-made one in the deli). It's cheaper than fast food, so if you don't have a fridge to store it, it doesn't really matter.
We have a family of 6, and what works for us is to take a cooler along. Can keep food in it, as well as water and milk. You can pack yogurts and cheese and fruits and veggies. I don't know if this will work for you, but it's an idea....0 -
sandwiches? (pre made in a igloo cooler)
Natures own honey wheat light 2 slices 80 cals
Oscar Meyer 97% fat free backed ham 60 cals 3 slices
Hellmans mayo 1/2 tablespoon 45 cals (put mayo on one slice of bread only)
american cheese 1 slice 70 cals
255 cals per sandwich.
Fruit
Apples, Bananas, plums,0 -
raw fruits/ veggies
dried fruit
dried veggies (i know how they sound but give em a chance)
mixed nuts
any kashi products
gas station pickles (individually packaged in their own juice- yum!)
turkey jerky
spray cheese (not healthy but a road trip must!)0
