veggie & imitation crab hash

WOW! Did this for dinner tonight and it was yummy! Easy to make, very filling and only 264 calories!
3 oz (1/2 C) Imitation Crab Meat
1/4 C Dried bread crumbs
1/4 C frozen corn kernels
1 C cubed zuchini
1/2 C diced green pepper
1/4 tsp creole seasoning
Mix everything above to coat then add
1/4 C Egg Beaters
shape into 2 patties. (mine kinda fell apart but were still yummy)
Heat skillet to medium add
1 tsp EVOO or Pam cooking spray (you'd have to adjust the calories though)
Brown on both sides and serve!
