Small steps but moving forward

Well here is my first months progress I have gove from 185.5 down to 180 with no gains that is a 5.5 pound loss. Not huge I know but I am moving in the right direction.

I now have 2 inches off my hips and also off my waist. Not great for the first month but they are small steps moving in the right direction.

    5.5 lbs in 4 weeks is a very respectable weight loss......and you are eating. This is always the best way, especially if you expect to maintain the loss. Keep up the good work!
