Okay on my food tracker page it says 1200 calories but when I do the BMI calculator it shows 1437....how do I update the food tracker to say that...so confused....do I go buy 1200 or 1437?????

Alternatively you can go to Goals and use Custom Goals rather than Guided and just put the number in yourself.0 -

I dont get what i need to do.....not sure how many calories to eat....i plan on going to the gym no less than 4 days a week no less than 60 minutes a day......help me please someone :frown:0
