I'm back and in need of some support! :)

I worked really hard for about 10 weeks.. went from 167 to 149.. and then about 8 weeks ago just stopped eating right and didnt exercise. Unfortunately I am now at 155 and really need to get focused again. It seemed so easy when I was doing it before and now I can't seem to get back in the groove! Could really use some support and motivation. I did sign up for a 5k the end of july so I really need to work hard! Friend me... Thanks :)
