Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
Didn't keep track over the weekend.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Didn't really have one

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Not much.

What would I have done differently? EXERCISED!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout

Sorry I was MIA during the weekend. DH works out of town Mon-Thur, so when he's home I am off my routine anyways and then we had a very busy weekend. How did everybody elses weekend go?

    Went for a walk in the afternoon so I wouldn't go over my calorie limit

    What would I have done differently? Nothing

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout

    Yesterday, nothing much. But Saturday, I went biking for the first time since I was 13. It was awesome! Found a new sport to love.

    What would I have done differently?
    Exercised.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Get to the gym.

    yes

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    yes ... stayed within calories and mowed the lawn for 45 minutes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Reached my 360 minute exercise goal for the week! :happy:

    What would I have done differently? eaten more balanced all day instead of so much at night again

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise at least 30 minutes

    Yes.

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Drank over 96 oz of water!

    What would I have done differently?
    Maybe not had a second helping of lasagna even though my calories said I could.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Zumba and minding my calories.

    No, I ate what was around, did not track.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    I did go for a bike ride

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    While I did not make the best choices, I ate portions that were filling and stopped.

    What would I have done differently?
    Made better food choice - some of the less than healthy options were part of the activity (attending a BBQ contest) but there was no need to eat take out pizza!

    What is today's personal goals?
    Recover and not let a less than stellar weekend carry into the week.
