I have been working on losing weight since Sept 2011. I have lost 62 pounds since then. This last month I haven't been too motivated and sord of took a break from working out. I am back on track and need to lose 40 more pounds. How do all of you stay motivated with life's daily stresses?

It's really great that you are dedicating your energy to reaching your health goals. I too have had a hard time staying motivated. There is always something that seems more urgent to take care of. My health gets the backburner but when it gets bad, its my health that slows me down in so many other aspects of my life. I think, and research agrees, that social support is a key factor in maintaining the motivation to reach your goals. Whatever you do, do it with family and/or friends.
You've lost weight. Awesome! Keep watching that weight loss ticker move closer and closer to your goal! Feel free to friend me. I could always use some support .0
