Why don't I like wine anymore?

So I used to drink one (just one!) glass of wine most nights. I looked forward to it, I enjoyed it. Then, about 2 months ago, I got a sinus infection. I was simultaneously training for my first 10k, but I've been a very casual runner for years. Anyway, I stopped drinking while I was sick. When I finally got better, I was only 1.5 weeks from my race, so I didn't drink then, either.

And now it's more than a week after the big run, and my taste for alcohol hasn't returned. (I know a week doesn't sound long, but it's actually been 2 months since I've had the desire.) I've been in lots of social situations where I would normally drink, and I just don't want to. Any ideas why? I'm not complaining; I am losing weight and feeling great. But it's strange to me that I would completely lose the desire to drink.

And no, I'm not pregnant. :)

I went gluten-free for 2 months at the request of my headache specialist. That meant no beer for 2 months (at least no good beer). I LOVE good beer. Not watery, light generic beer like Bud, but good microbrewery IPA (super hoppy). I would usually only have 1 or 2 a weekend, but I loved my good beer. The trial is now over and I've had a few beer since, but they just don't taste as good (which I am a bit sad about). I used to look forward to coming home from work on a Friday night and having a beer.
