    I was constantly hungry too and thought about nothing except food for the first 2 years of my weight loss. Then I started IF'ing (Intermittent Fasting). Now I eat 2 large meals a day (between 12pm and 6pm) instead of lots of small ones. I am full after each meal and I no longer obsess about food. Works great for me.
