Raising TDEE meaning I can eat more?

I have a general question that will probably sound quite silly! :-/

I have my daily goals set to my BMR of 1590. My TDEE is 2090. If I burn say 500 calories per day via strictly exercise 5 times a week would my TDEE than go up to 2590? If so can I than create a deficit of 750 calories from that netting at 1840. Would this be the correct way of doing things?

Depending on the calculator for TDEE that you used, your exercise is already accounted for in the calculation. So, if you used one of those calculators you wouldn't add anything you would just subtract the 15-20%

    1590 * 1.2 for sedentary = 1908
    2090 / 1590 = 1.31

may be easier to say how you got those figures. But yes, adding x amount of exercise (if it's measured correctly and doesn't include what you would use anyway) will change your TDEE to TDEE + x
