Eating healthy in St. Croix??

We're heading down to St. Croix in a few. What are some good places to eat while there? We'll be closer to Christiansted. And what are some traditional Crucian dishes that are yummy as well as MFP friendly? Thanks!

    I'm not sure, as I've never been to St. Croix... but, while you're there, you should check out the Cruzan Rum Distillery!

    Should be easy. Lots of local places serving fresh seafood should make it easy to find some healthy options. We did fine when we were there.

    Misskortney - We're already signed up for a tour, as the hubby and I homebrew (Beer and honey mead, respectively). ;)
