The Wedding is coming...

I bought my wedding dress in October of last year...I love the dress and I got an amazing deal ($1100 dress for $299.99, I just couldn't pass it up).
The thing is, my weight has always been a problem. I'm a bigger girl and I'm ok with it. I've tried several "diets" and exercising. But I get bored to quickly, and find them hard to stick to.

I have a PROBLEM! I'm getting married in 53 days...and when I tried my dress on in mid-february, we couldn't get it zipped. I'm worried I won't get in it, and if I do get in it, i'm afraid i'll look hidious because of the extra buldges.

I've been doing exercising and eating better, but haven't seen any change...
I need something new or something that can help me at least get down some more before July 21st. Any ideas??

I didn't realize how stressfull this could be. I already hate dresses, and now that I might not fit into mine, makes it even worse! :(

A lot of people seem to do well doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. You may not lose lbs but inches and I think that in your case you want to change shape/tone. Its worth giving it a try. I am going to start on it myself.

I lost a ton of inches doing the 30 Day Shred. Take a day off from it when you need it, and maybe add some extra cardio. And never forget the power of Spanx :).

Can you get it altered? I ended up putting a corset back in mine because it was too tight and I wasn't sure if I'd lose the weight in time.

You can always work on losing weight until the wedding but don't wait too long before alterations.
