What to do on vacation

I am going to visit my sister in Europe for almost a month! I am excited but worried about getting off track. I am not at my goal and don't want to gain more weight that I will have to lose when I get back. Any suggestions on how to enjoy the wonderful food but not go off the deep end??

Fill up on the "lighter" foods (salad, vegs, etc) then indulge in a few bites of the meat/potatoes/pasta
Limit your intake of fried or calorie laden foods
Get out and do things. Europe is a beautiful country, see it via walking not sitting.
If you know you are eating a large lunch or dinner, limit what you eat at other meals.
Use the 4 bite rule. (works well on desserts)

Ditto the above. Also, make sure you have lots of snacks available to you for when you are really starving or you'll be buying crap. Almonds, grapes, and rice cakes carry well.
