Hey there! i am doing great on my journey to being fit and healthy, but i would love some motivational photos of women's before and after photos of their tummies!! mine is pretty large, but any sizes would be an encouragement!! thanks!!

Ive had 3 kids in 3 years....my belly is my least favorite part of my body but I have made some HUGE improvement and you can actually see some muscle definition! I was 219 when I had my oldest, 209 when I had my 2nd, and 188 when I had my 3rd. I am now at 135 pounds and the only part of my stomach that is not really toned is the lower part, of course.
