Cals per day to lose weight, and what is your weight?

204lbs 5ft 7............first goal is 28lbs loss
started at 1350 lost 4lb first week and plateaued for 3 weeks, upped my cals a week and a half ago and lost 4lb the first week of eating more cals.0 -
I am 5' 2 30 years old and my starting wt wa 117lbs current wt is now 114. I was reading up on my calorie intake and by them i should be eating 1200- 1600 but everytime i would eat that much i would either sit at he same wt or would gain so i usually get in anywhere between 1160 - 1380 cals a day depending on if i work out .My goal wt is to be 105-107 lbs and toned.0

I'm 5ft5 and my weight is 229
My target is 1870 and I normally try an eat back my exercise calories - especially if I net under 1200 ( my exercise calories depend upon the day) I normally eat around 1700 a day and in the last 5 weeks lost 15 lbs.0 -
