Hey everyone. I am new here and am mainly looking for more food ideas. I am getting tired of eating the same things and am open to any ideas. I am not looking for any weight loss and my goal is a minimum of 3400 cals/day. Its just hard to get that much in without eating junk.
I started using the app a few days ago and really like it, but this morning when I was cooking my meals for the next 3 days i realized I am getting sick of eating the same foods over and over. My macros are 40/40/20. if needed I can post up all of my meals that I typically eat through out the day so you can see what I am eating and offer any other suggestions.
