What exercises are best for these areas?

My bingo wings...I hate my flabby upper arms, and I have really fat calves :(((

    Best things are just to work on strength training. You can't spot reduce any fat that may be there. You can just work on strength training to help tighten things up.

    leg raises, tricep dumbbell extensions, tricep dumbbell kickbacks, cable tricep extensions

    and...

    more cardio!

    Diet, diet, diet. Fat won't be eradicated unless you eat fewer than maintenance calories and I am guessing your problem is fat, not lack of muscle. Besides, you can't spot reduce fat. But if you do get rid of that fat, you will develop nice muscle to show off when the time comes.

    However if you want to use exercise to get rid of fat (which is probably not the most efficient way) tricep kickbacks or other isolation exercises for triceps (or other small muscles) are not going to be the best ones, you need to involve the big muscle groups and to do compound exercises to kick up the calorie burn. So maybe then you might be better off doing pushups, bench presses, rows, squats, lunges etc.
