Hi my name is Sally and I'm new to MFP. I've recently had some changes in personal circumstances which have made me realise how unhealthy my student lifestyle was getting me and have been trying to change my lifestyle so I can feel healthy again. I have managed to lose some weight and have gone from 160 pounds to 140 pounds, which was a big effort. Looking to lose another 7-10 pounds. Having lost a bit of weight before and put it back on again I am now concerned with trying to stay healthy and keep my weight maintained at a point where I feel happier with myself. I would also like to tone up and be able to run properly. Any advice is much appreciated as I am a bit of a beginner with most things fitness related.

I've read some of the stories on here and they are so inspiring, they have given me motivation to keep going with keeping fit and healthy.
