BodyBugg or Personal Training?

I started watching what I eat and excercising about 2 1/2 weeks ago and MFP about 3 days ago. I lost weight the first week and things have slowed down to almost a stop since then. I weigh myself every day and some days it goes up and then down the next. I havent gone over my 1500 net calorie goal. I would like to try something to boost this weight loss and can't decide between the body bugg or the 3-session personal training session at 24 hour fitness. Which would you choose?

I've been going to a personal trainer for a year now. People have finally noticed a big change in my body. If you have the money and the commitment, I cannot recommend it enough, I thoroughly enjoy it!

I can't really comment on the BodyBugg but I use a pers trainer too and I love it .

With that said I would also like to point out that its only been a week and a half since you've lost weight and you are down to your last 17lbs .. totally normal for the weight loss to stall at this point .

Don't get discouraged , keep doing what you are doing for another 3 wks and see if you have any further loss . If not then re evaluate at that time .

I'm sure others will be along with more advice

    Good luck !

Thanks, I will keep on going for another couple of weeks and see. It is discouraging to not see the scale move. On the days I see a loss I'm in a good mood and have great work outs. Today I was sad and basically left the gym after 30 minutes. I guess I have to get my head back in the game.

Also I would refrain from weighing in every day . Your weight is made up of more than just fat lbs and muscle lbs . Water retention is a huge factor when you weigh yourself and as woman , our weights can change 5 lbs from morning til night just based on that . So yes it can be discouraging .

Try weighing on a set day of the week , same time of the day , in the buff and record that . Let your weight fluctuate all week long, if you don't see it on the scale , it can't effect (affect) you .

Thanks for the tip. I will try to stay away from the scale. I'm so curious every morning. I can hear it calling my name, lol.
