P90X Knee Pain

Anyone with knee problems ( I tore my ACL as a teenager) have problems with p90x or is it me.

    Don't do p90x. If you really feel inclined to do so, skip the plyometrics video and any other exercises where you feel knee pain. All you'll do is screw up your knee further.

    When I injured my MCL, I swapped out the PLYO day with another day of Yoga and gave my knee some time off from high impact, my legs actually got a lot stronger and as a bonus I got a lot better at the yoga positions. Just my 2 cents
