Help with Plateau

Hey all - I'm hovering around 30lbs down, which I'm super proud of, but I need more motivation to kick it into higher gear and keep going towards my goals! Any ideas?? - Taylor

    Interval training has always worked for me to get out of a plateau rut.
    Start with 1min of walking, 1 min of a reasonable pace run and do that for 30mins, see how you go.
    There are tons of ways you can interval train. Google it and choose your favs!
