HELP! Weird Schedule Food Ideas???

Because of my husband's work schedule (8pm-6:30am) and my daughter's school schedule (12:50-3:30) I was only working weekends but recently went back to working more hours but at a weird shift (3-7, when my husband wakes up until when he needs to leave for work). Before this happened I was going to the gym 4-5 times a week when he would wake up. But now that I picked up the hours when I would normally go to the gym, I never have the time to go. When he gets home from work, he goes to sleep and I have a baby and a 6yr old to deal with until she goes to school and then a few hours later I have to go to work.
The problem I've run into other than not being able to go to the gym, is my eatting patterns. On days that I work I kinda eat 2 lunches because I eat breakfast when the baby wakes up which is around 7am. I then eat lunch with the kids around 11-11:30. Then the issue hits that I go into work at 3 and work until 7. I can't eat dinner at 2:00 and waiting until I get home around 7:30 is way too long. So I have a sandwhich or soup with the kids and then again around 2:00 I eat another lunch. Dinner's around 7:30. When I'm at work I get hungry and the only thing we sell is candy cuz I work at a Party store. That' s where I get stuck eatting junk!
I need some ideas on 2nd lunches that will keep me full until dinner time or snacks that I can take along to work that will keep me full. I don't get a break so it's gottta be something that's easy to eat and possibly carry around or eat quick. Thanks
And sorry it was such a LONG explanation!!!

That was hard to read, but to offer you some advice.

Don't worry about food schedule. Meal timing and frequency is not a detriment to weight loss.

    Control your daily calories
    Eat when you want to
    Profit.
