You have a small camper, with a propane fridge, a cooler, plenty of storage space, and literally 20 miles from the nearest town.

1- What foods would you plan for mealtimes (not snacks)?
2- What snacks/dry foods would you absolutely have to have?
3- Would you be able to function comfortably without the MFP/internet to assist your efforts at weight loss?
4- Would you take your weigh in scale?
5- What advice would you give someone who hasn't done it before?

I ask because I did a dry run at this over Mem Weekend to prepare for this summer camping vacation, and didn't do so hot. I was way under my calorie goal on one day, and over on a couple others, and felt totally lost without MFP/internet and realised just how reliant I have become on this tool. So, what would you do if you were me, and wanted to succeed over the summer?

Your post got me thinking of my own impending camping trip, although it is only for two weeks, and my plan is:
1- Meals will be the same as at home. There is not one thing that I cook at home that I cannot cook at the campsite.
    2- Snacks, same as #1.
3- I have the MFP iPhone app so I am still able to log in and record (but no Community).
4- I will take my kitchen scale but not my weigh in scale. I can forgo checking my progress on the weigh scale until I return.
5- If you are going to have some things that you wouldn't normally have at home (S'mores) then research before you go and determine where they can fit in to your meal plans. Also, as someone has stated, look for opportunities to remain active - walking, hiking, swimming or biking etc.

Remember, camping is supposed to be fun so enjoy yourself out there!

Dried beans and brown rice. Lots of grillable fish/lean meat and veggies. Wraps made with canned tuna or leftover grilled fish/meat.

2- What snacks/dry foods would you absolutely have to have?
Low sugar granola bars, nuts, dry roasted edamame. fruit

3- Would you be able to function comfortably without the MFP/internet to assist your efforts at weight loss?
Heck yeah! 12 weeks of camping sounds awesome.

4- Would you take your weigh in scale?
    Absolutely not.

5- What advice would you give someone who hasn't done it before?
Leave sugary snacks/drinks at home, hike a lot, eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full
